Montelongo House Buyers are headed by brothers Armando Montelongo and David Montelongo. Together, they have created Texas’ largest residential real estate investment firm. Collectively they purchase between 20-25 houses a month. Armando and David have taken great care in creating systems to purchase houses at “break neck speed” as well as obtain financing, manage construction and ultimately sale their properties for a profit.

The Montelongo’s have many techniques for purchasing houses, but their most rewarding by far is buying houses by saving homeowners from foreclosure.
